Because we process and dispatch orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, there is a very limited window to make changes. Your options depend entirely on whether your order has left our warehouse.
Option 1: The Order Has Not Been Dispatched (Within 1–2 Hours)
If you need to cancel your order, you must notify us within 1 to 2 hours of placing it.
The Outcome: As long as our warehouse team has not dispatched the package, we will cancel the order and process your refund immediately.
Option 2: The Order Has Already Dispatched or Is In Transit
If your order has already left our facility, we are unfortunately unable to stop the delivery vehicle. However, you can still get a refund by following these steps:
Refuse the Delivery: When the courier attempts to deliver the package, refuse it, and it will be sent back to us.
Or, Return the Parcel: If the package is dropped off, do not open it. You can return the unopened parcel to our warehouse.
The Outcome: We will arrange and process your refund as soon as the package safely arrives back at our warehouse.
