  • Before Processing (Within 1–2 Hours): If you contact us within 1 to 2 hours of placing your order, we can update your shipping method. Please note that if you upgrade to an expedited service, any additional shipping charges must be paid before the order leaves our warehouse.

  • After Processing or Dispatch: Once an order has been officially processed or dispatched by our fulfillment team, we are no longer able to modify the shipping method or change the courier service.
