How can I track my shipment?Updated 10 days ago

Tracking your order's journey to your doorstep is simple. We provide live tracking for every package we dispatch.

1. Look for Your Shipping Confirmation Email

Please note that you will receive two different emails from us:

  • Immediately after ordering, you will receive an Order Confirmation email acknowledging your payment. This does not yet contain tracking details.

  • When the package leaves our warehouse: As soon as our fulfillment team dispatches your parcel, you will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation email. This is the email that contains your unique tracking number and courier link.

  • Open your Shipping Confirmation email.

  • Click the tracking link or button provided inside.

  • This will open the courier's live portal (such as Royal Mail, Evri, FedEx, DHL or USPS), where you can view real-time status updates and an estimated delivery date.

📥 Can't find your tracking email? Automated shipping emails can occasionally be misrouted by email providers. If your order was placed more than one business day ago and you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.
