We believe in complete freedom and flexibility on your health journey. There are absolutely no long-term commitments, contracts, or hidden fees, and you can cancel your auto-delivery subscription at any time.
Before you cancel, please consider that you don't have to lose your locked-in pricing benefits if you need a temporary break:
Have Too Much Product? Instead of canceling, you can easily skip your next delivery or change your frequency to every 2 or 3 months.
Traveling or Taking a Break? You can temporarily pause your subscription. This halts all billing and shipments, while keeping your exclusive legacy pricing and discounts 100% protected for when you are ready to resume.
If you still wish to cancel, you can do so instantly using either method below:
Method 1: Cancel Online (New Website Portal)
If your subscription was started on our new website, you can cancel your recurring order directly through your dashboard:
Log In: Go to www.bensnaturalhealth.com and log in to your account.
Go to Subscriptions: Click on the "Manage Subscriptions" tab.
Cancel: Select the active supplement subscription you wish to stop, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click "Cancel Subscription." You will receive an automated email confirming your cancellation.
Method 2: Let Our Human Team Handle It (Legacy Subscriptions)
If you have an older subscription created before our February 2026 website migration and haven't yet fully linked your new dashboard, please get in touch with our support team directly.
Because legacy accounts are managed securely by hand, a real team member will access the backend and cancel the recurring profile for you instantly—with no automated menus, retention loops, or hassle.
