Method 1: Self-Service via Your Online Account
You can modify your delivery details at any time by logging into your secure customer portal:

Navigate to Subscriptions: Click on the "Manage Subscriptions" tab within your dashboard.
Make Your Adjustments:
To Change Frequency: Select your active product and choose a new delivery interval that matches your usage.
To Pause an Order: If you are traveling or still finishing your current bottle, select "Pause Subscription" to temporarily halt your upcoming shipments without losing your locked-in legacy pricing. You can resume whenever you are ready.
