We process refunds as quickly as possible! The exact timeline depends on whether you are returning physical products (bottles or pouches) to our warehouse or canceling an order before it ships.

Here is exactly what you can expect:

Scenario 1: You Returned Physical Products (Bottles or Pouches)

Once your return package arrives at our fulfillment center, it undergoes a standard security inspection:

  • Warehouse Processing Window: Our Returns Department will unpack, verify, and process your returned items within 10 days of the delivery date to our warehouse.

  • Instant Issuance: The moment our team confirms that the bottles or pouches are completely unopened and undamaged, your refund (minus our standard $10 restocking fee and prepaid shipping label fee, if applicable) is issued immediately.

Scenario 2: You Canceled an Order or Subscription (Before Shipping)

If you canceled a subscription or a standard one-time order before it was packed and dispatched, meaning no physical goods were ever supplied or shipped out:

  • Immediate Processing: We process your cancellation refund on our end immediately.

Bank Processing Times (After We Issue the Refund)

All refunds are strictly issued back to the original payment method used for the initial purchase. Once Ben's Natural Health releases your funds immediately on our system, your banking institution requires a few days to route the money back to your account:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.): Typically takes 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending entirely on your bank's processing speed.

  • PayPal Transactions: Usually appear in your PayPal balance within 1 to 2 business days.

📥 Notification: The second we trigger a refund on our backend, our Shopify system will automatically fire a Refund Confirmation Email straight to your inbox so you know the funds are officially on their way.
