To keep our return process fair and sustainable, please review our standard guidelines below:

Eligibility Requirements for Returns

  • The 30-Day Window: You must initiate your return request and have the package postmarked within 30 days of your original purchase date.

  • Product Condition: We can only accept returns on unopened, unused bottles with the protective seals fully intact. Products must be returned to our fulfillment center in an undamaged condition.

Refunds and Fees Breakdown

When a return is received and successfully verified by our warehouse team, your refund will be calculated based on the following structural rules:

  • Restocking Fee: A standard $10 restocking fee is applied per returned package. This fee is automatically deducted from your final refund amount to cover warehouse receiving, inspection, and processing costs.

  • Original Shipping Costs: Original delivery charges paid at checkout are strictly non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If you request our human support team to generate a convenient, prepaid return shipping label for you, the exact cost of that label will be deducted from your final refund balance, along with the restocking fee.

How to Initiate a Return

To ensure your return is tracked perfectly and doesn't get lost in transit, please do not mail packages back without a return authorization. Follow these simple steps instead:

  1. Contact Us First: Reach out to our human support team via phone or email (listed below) to request a return authorization.

  2. Pack Securely: Safely pack your unopened bottles into a shipping box to prevent damage on the journey back.

  3. Mail Your Package: Ship the package back to the specific US or UK warehouse address provided by our team member. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for packages lost by the courier.

Once our warehouse team receives, inspects, and processes your package, your refund (minus the $10 restocking fee and any shipping adjustments) will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your banking institution to post the funds.
