When are items non-returnable?Updated 13 days ago

While we always strive to accommodate our community, there are strict circumstances in which a product falls completely outside our standard 30-day Return Right. Because we exclusively sell premium health supplements packaged in bottles and pouches, we must enforce ironclad safety and hygiene boundaries.

The right to return or cancel does not apply to the following:

❌ 1. Opened Bottles or Pouches

For strict consumer safety, regulatory compliance, and public hygiene standards, any bottle or pouch that has been opened, unsealed, or unzipped after delivery is permanently non-returnable. Once the protective safety seal on a bottle is broken, or the tamper-evident top of a supplement pouch is torn or opened, the product cannot be restocked, resold, or re-entered into our fulfillment centers.

❌ 2. Products Past the 30-Day Window

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any bottles or pouches if more than 30 days have passed since your original purchase date.

❌ 3. Expired or Damaged Items

We work hard to ensure all supplements leave our warehouses with optimal, long-dated shelf lives. We cannot accept returns on any items that have been exposed to improper storage conditions at home (such as extreme heat or moisture) that cause the contents of the bottles or pouches to deteriorate, or items that are past their official expiration dates.
