If you recently logged into your account and noticed that your previous order history or active subscription details are missing, please do not worry!
We recently migrated to a new website and advanced system to improve your shopping experience. As part of this major system update, some historical account information may not appear online immediately while our backend data finishes syncing.
🛡️ Your Subscription is Safe and Active
Please rest assured that your subscription remains fully active in our system. Your regular supplement shipments (whether in bottles or pouches) will continue to be processed and shipped out on your scheduled rotation dates exactly as normal.
What You Need to Do: Reactivate Your Account
For your strict security and data protection, all saved payment information was completely scrubbed and removed during the migration process. To view your data moving forward, all customers will need to reactivate their accounts and re-add their preferred payment method quickly:
Follow the account activation email link sent to your inbox, or create a login using the same email address as your original purchases.
Head to your billing settings and re-enter your payment details.
Important Note: Re-adding your payment method will NOT automatically charge your card. It simply securely saves your details on our new platform for your next scheduled renewal.
